In short. We collect what the service cannot run without: your phone number, the listings you publish, your messages, and basic device data. We do not sell your data and never share it with advertisers. Phone numbers from your address book are never stored. You can delete your account and all of your data at any time — just email ryta_rusugtrans@mail.ru.
This Policy sets out how personal data of users of the RYTA service — the Android application and the web version available at ryta.online and web.ryta.online (the "Service") — is processed and protected.
The data operator (controller) is OOO RusYugTrans (the "Operator"). Personal data is processed in accordance with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 "On Personal Data".
By using the Service you agree to this Policy. If you do not accept its terms, please stop using the Service.
You provide this yourself during registration and in your profile:
When you publish a cargo, vehicle or machinery listing we process: pick-up and drop-off locations (address and geographic coordinates), the route, the cargo or equipment details, the price, the photos you upload, and the contact name and phone number you provide.
The app asks for location access in order to show listings near you and to pre-fill your current position when you create a listing. Location is requested only while you are using that feature; the Service does not track your location in the background.
You may decline or revoke this permission in your device settings — the Service keeps working, and you can pick a point on the map manually.
The content of messages in group chats, direct messages and support requests, together with timestamps and read receipts.
Only when you ask for it ("find people you know") and only with your permission does the app read phone numbers from your address book and send them to the server so we can show which of your contacts already use the Service.
We do not store phone numbers from your address book. They are used only at the moment of the request to look for matches and are discarded immediately. Contact names are never sent to the server at all. The response contains only those users who are already registered and phone-verified.
We collect interface usage statistics to find bugs and awkward spots: screens opened, taps recorded as relative coordinates within the screen (never the content of what was tapped), scrolls, application errors, and a session identifier.
In addition, the app may capture a screenshot of its own screen — at most once per app version per device, and on a sample of roughly 5% of sessions — so that we can see real layout problems across different devices. The screenshot shows the Service's interface and may therefore include data that was displayed at that moment. Screenshots are used solely to diagnose rendering, are never shared with anyone and are never published.
This data is tied to a technical device identifier. If you do not want it collected or retained, write to us — we will delete it and exclude your device from collection.
A push notification token — Google Firebase Cloud Messaging for the app and Web Push for the browser — so that we can deliver alerts about messages and responses. Notifications can be switched off in your device or browser settings.
When you pay for a paid feature we retain the order details: the service purchased, the amount, the payment status and date, and the subscription period.
Bank card details are never transmitted to or processed by the Operator. Card data is entered on the acquiring bank's secure page, and the bank processes the payment.
Legal grounds for processing: the data subject's consent, performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party, the Operator's legitimate interests, and statutory requirements (Article 6(1) of Federal Law No. 152-FZ).

The contact phone number shown in a listing is visible only to users who have verified their own phone number.
The Operator does not sell personal data and does not share it for advertising purposes. Data is shared only with the following parties, and only to the extent required for the relevant feature to work:

Data may also be disclosed to government authorities upon a duly substantiated request, in the manner prescribed by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
Data is stored on servers located within the Russian Federation. Access is limited to authorised personnel of the Operator. Traffic between the app and the server is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS.

How to exercise them. Send your request to ryta_rusugtrans@mail.ru, stating the phone number your account is registered to. We respond within 30 days. If you withdraw consent, processing stops and the data is deleted within no more than 30 days — except for records the Operator is required by law to retain.

The web version and the app use the browser's local storage (localStorage) to keep your session, interface preferences and the queue of analytics events. The Service uses no advertising networks.
The ryta.online website (the page about the app) uses cookies and the Yandex Metrica web-analytics service (OOO Yandex), including its Webvisor technology, which records anonymised visitor actions on the page: mouse movement, scrolling and clicks. Metrica does not receive your phone number, listing contents or messages — none of these are present on the website page. The Operator uses the collected data to understand where visitors come from and whether the page is convenient. Yandex Metrica's data-processing terms: yandex.ru/legal/confidential. You can opt out in your browser settings (block cookies for mc.yandex.ru) or with a blocking extension; the website and the app remain fully functional.
The Service is intended for persons aged 18 and over. The Operator does not knowingly collect personal data of children. If you become aware that a minor's data has been provided to the Operator, please tell us and we will delete it.
The Operator may amend this Policy. The current version is always available at ryta.online/privacy/en; the version date is shown at the top of the page. We notify users within the Service of any material changes.
